* Establish annual objectives and targets for continuous improvement of both EH&S performance and accident incident rates and establish the business plans necessary to achieve these goals,

* Supply the resources, financial and physical, to ensure that EH&S is given the highest priority.

* Provide the necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure our EH&S goals and targets are met.

* Implement a documented EH&S Management System that covers all aspects of the business to reduce risks.

* Provide continual improvements to the effectiveness of our processes and operations.

* Present accurate and timely measurement and reporting of our EH&S performance to monitor the effectiveness of the EH&S programme.

* Conduct a formal annual review and produce an annual EH&S business plan.

* Integrate EH&S considerations into investment decisions, the design of services and products and in dealings with suppliers and contractors.

* Require all employees to adhere to these standards and provide management commitment to the means and resources necessary to lead, support, monitor and maintain accountability for implementation of this policy.
